Ember Salon & Spa Policies:

Gratuities

A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to spa services. However, gratuity is always at the discretion of our guests.

Age Policy

Guests must be at least 21 years old to enter the salon & spa.

Health Considerations

Please inform us of any health considerations or special needs prior to your visit. Some spa treatments should not be performed if certain health conditions exist. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns. Expectant mothers must be no less than 12 weeks into pregnancy for any massage service.

Spa Cell Phone Policy

Cell phone use is not permitted beyond our reception desk. Please silence or switch-off your phone prior to entering the spa.

Valuables

Please remove jewelry and valuables prior to your spa visit.

Spa Attire

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Undergarments may be left on during services, if you choose. However, our therapists are skilled in proper draping techniques to ensure comfort and privacy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours before scheduled service time. A cancellation fee of the entire service amount will be charged for those with less than 24 hours notice.
